Please keep in mind we are a small family farm and we are dedicated to making your experience with us as pleasant as possible, and we appreciate your patience.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at swampsideorganics@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
