Refund & Replacement Policy
At Swampside Organics, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience with every order.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at swampsideorganics@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and work to make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns for perishable, opened, used, or personalized items.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
